Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using orionixservices.com (the "Store") or purchasing any product from us. By placing an order or otherwise using the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

OrioniX Services is an online store operated from Colombia, selling digital Minecraft content — including builds, spawns, lobbies, dungeons, arenas, maps, and configuration files — for personal and server use.

2. Products and Digital Delivery

All products sold are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your files, typically instantly or within a short processing window.

3. License and Usage Rights

Unless a product page states otherwise:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files on your own Minecraft server(s) or personal projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or upload the original files (or substantially unmodified versions) to other marketplaces, servers, or third parties, whether for free or for payment.
• You may not claim the original build/design as your own creation when redistributing derivative promotional content.

Violation of these usage terms may result in the license being revoked without refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on the Store in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect orders already completed. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., PayPal, card). You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All original designs, builds, images, and content on the Store are the intellectual property of OrioniX Services or its contracted builders, unless otherwise credited. Purchasing a product grants a usage license as described in Section 3 — it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

7. User Conduct

When interacting with the Store or our support channels, you agree not to: engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks in bad faith, harass staff or contracted builders, or attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrioniX Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or incompatibility issues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
