All products sold on orionixservices.com ("OrioniX Services," "we," "us," "our") are digital goods delivered electronically (Minecraft world files, builds, schematics, configuration files, and related digital assets).

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital and are made available for download immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that might otherwise apply to physical goods.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund, replacement, or store credit only in the following cases:

• Corrupted or non-functional files: the file you downloaded is genuinely broken, incomplete, or does not open/import correctly in the intended software (e.g., Minecraft/WorldEdit).
• Item not as described: the product delivered is materially different from what was advertised on the product page.
• Duplicate or accidental purchase: you were charged twice for the same order, or purchased the wrong item by mistake, and have not yet downloaded the file.

To request a review under one of these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of purchase (see Contact Information below) and include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, screenshots or error logs. We will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a fix, a replacement file, store credit, or a refund.

What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind after downloading the product.
• Incompatibility with a Minecraft version, mod, or plugin not listed as supported on the product page.
• Issues caused by the buyer's own server setup, plugins, or modifications made after installation.
  

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
